Bahzee Bet - Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bahzee Bet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and FaridsFormula LLC ("we," "us," "our").

2. Entertainment Purposes Only

Bahzee Bet is a simulated casino game for entertainment purposes only. No real money is wagered, won, or lost. Virtual currency ("chips") used in the App have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or transferred for real money or prizes.

Success in the App does not imply or guarantee success in real-money gambling.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you are under the required age, you must immediately stop using the App and delete it from your device.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their permission, and you may not share your account with anyone else.

You acknowledge that your account and all associated data, virtual currency, stats, strategies, badges, and progress are licensed to you -- not owned by you. You have no ownership interest in your account.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and with or without notice, to suspend, terminate, or remove any account or access to the App for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to: violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or abusive activity, harassment of other users, at the request of law enforcement, for business reasons, or if we believe continued access poses a risk to the App or its users.

Upon termination, you are not entitled to any refund, credit, or compensation for unused virtual currency, chips, stats, badges, strategies, or any other in-app items. We may delete associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may also request deletion of your own account at any time through the Settings menu. A 7-day grace period applies to user-initiated deletions during which you may restore your account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, decompile, or modify the App; use automated scripts, bots, or any other tools to interact with the App; impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity; share your account credentials; attempt to manipulate game outcomes, leaderboards, or statistics; upload or transmit any harmful code; harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the App -- including but not limited to graphics, sounds, game mechanics, AI coaching features, strategies authored by us, and the "Bahzee Bet" brand name -- is owned by FaridsFormula LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

8. User-Generated Content

By creating strategies, comments, usernames, or other content within the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content in connection with the App and our business. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect minimal data (email, username, gameplay statistics, device info) to provide and improve the App's features. See the Privacy Policy for details.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FARIDSFORMULA LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FaridsFormula LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of another, or any content you submit through the App.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Clark County, Nevada, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

YOU AND FARIDSFORMULA LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. No arbitrator or court may consolidate claims or conduct any class or representative proceeding.

If any portion of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect, except that this class action waiver is non-severable -- if a court decides it is unenforceable, the entire arbitration provision shall be null and void.

14. Responsible Gaming Statement

While Bahzee Bet uses no real money, we recognize that simulated gambling can be habit-forming. If you find yourself spending excessive time in the App, please take breaks. If you are concerned about problem gambling, resources are available at ncpgambling.org or by calling 1-800-GAMBLER.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to Section 13 (Arbitration), any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

17. Survival

Sections 5 (Termination), 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (User-Generated Content), 10 (Disclaimer), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Indemnification), 13 (Arbitration), and 16 (Governing Law) shall survive termination of these Terms.

18. Email Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive occasional email updates about Bahzee Bet, including app news, feature announcements, and sponsored content from our partners. You can unsubscribe at any time in Settings.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FaridsFormula LLC regarding the App, and supersede any prior agreements.
