1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Replic8d ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FARIDSFORMULA LLC ("we," "us," "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Description of Service

Replic8d is a 3D scanning and spatial computing application that allows users to:

Capture 3D models of physical objects using photogrammetry
View scanned models in augmented reality (AR)
Export models in STL and 3MF formats for 3D printing
Scale models to fit specific 3D printer build volumes
Generate parametric parts from specifications
Create textured 3D models from product photos (QuickBuild)
Upload models to 3D printing marketplaces
Send print jobs directly to compatible 3D printers
Store scan history on-device and (when available) in the cloud

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using email/password, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In. You may also use the App as a Guest with limited functionality.

4.2 Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free Tier

The free tier includes basic scanning (3 scans per month), Balanced quality rendering, and standard export features.

5.2 Pro Subscription

Pro features include unlimited scans, Maximum quality rendering, cloud rendering, marketplace upload, and advanced export options. Pricing is displayed in the App.

5.3 Billing

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
Refund requests must be directed to Apple

5.4 Promotional Codes

Promo codes grant temporary or permanent access to Pro features as specified. Codes may have expiration dates, usage limits, and duration restrictions. Promo access may be revoked if obtained fraudulently.

5.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect.

6. Intellectual Property — Your Content

6.1 Ownership

You own your scans. All 3D models, meshes, exported files, and scan data you create using Replic8d are your property. FARIDSFORMULA LLC claims no ownership over content you create.

6.2 License to Us

By using cloud features (Cloud Render, marketplace upload), you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. This license terminates upon completion of processing.

6.3 Marketplace Uploads

When you upload content to third-party marketplaces (MakerWorld, Printables), that content is subject to those platforms' respective terms of service. We are not responsible for how marketplace platforms handle your content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Scan objects you do not have the right to reproduce
Reproduce copyrighted, trademarked, or patented objects for commercial sale without authorization
Scan people without their informed consent
Create 3D models of weapons, restricted items, or illegal objects
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions, security controls, or usage limits
Share or resell promo codes
Use automated systems to access the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure

8. Cloud Render Service

8.1 Processing

Cloud Render transfers your scan frames to a processing server for high-quality 3D reconstruction. Your frames are processed and deleted within 24 hours.

8.2 No Guarantee

Cloud Render results depend on scan quality. We do not guarantee that every scan will produce a usable 3D model.

8.3 Availability

Cloud Render may be subject to processing queues and server availability. We aim for reasonable processing times but do not guarantee specific turnaround.

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with:

Apple (ARKit, RealityKit, PhotogrammetrySession): Subject to Apple's terms
Firebase (Google): For authentication and data storage
Apple Sign-In / Google Sign-In: For account creation
MakerWorld (Bambu Lab): For 3D model marketplace upload
Printables (Prusa Research): For 3D model marketplace upload
Bambu Lab Cloud: For direct-to-printer functionality

We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or availability of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

The accuracy of 3D scans, measurements, or dimensions
That exported models will print successfully on any specific printer
That Cloud Render will produce satisfactory results
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Compatibility with all devices, iOS versions, or printers

3D printing involves inherent risks. Users are responsible for verifying dimensions, structural integrity, material suitability, and safety before printing and using any object.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FARIDSFORMULA LLC shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of data, including scanned models, raw frames, or account information
Damages arising from 3D printed objects (structural failure, injury, property damage)
Damages arising from marketplace uploads or printer operations
Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months

For EU/EEA users: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FARIDSFORMULA LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

13.3 EU/EEA Users

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, nothing in this section prevents you from relying on mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence. You may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FARIDSFORMULA LLC regarding the App.
